Pythons Hobbies & Collectibles is still a bit old fashioned when it comes to ordering our products and collectables on the Internet. So far we haven't set up an ecommerce shopping trolley concept, but rather, prefer to deal with customers on a more personal basis (in our shop feel welcome and you aren't a nameless face!!). Pricing Policy :

You will notice that the prices quoted on our web pages are generally all just the recommended retail prices set by wholesale suppliers (R.R.P.). Prices do change from time-to-time and Discounts may be awarded depending upon how you may treat us and your attitude. Specials and Christmas Specials are available as well, should you have any hassles just send an email enquiry and ask. Exports do not have GST tax applied - St Andrews RC Club members are automatically entitled to very special prices etc etc etc etc. The best way is to just email us or telephone us for a price quote. We will try to reply to email requests within 24 hours. We strive to offer excellent service and total after-care service to ALL our customers.

Payment Methods :

We gladly accept cheque or direct deposit (clearance times apply) or a money order. 

Available is Eftpos and Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard) Facilities (Many thanks to the very helpful Westpac Bank Australia).

There are certain times we may refuse to accept credit card purchases, please accept our judgement on this.

Lay-Bys :

We are happy to offer a 30 or 60 or 90 or 120(4 months) day Lay-By facility. This just requires a 10% (in shop) or 30% (internet) deposit and regular weekly or fortnightly payments over a period of two months. Conditions Apply - Ask Us - email.

Freight and Postage :

Pythons Hobbies & Collectibles dispatch most items via registered & insured Australia Post. We have found them to be very reliable and quick. Freight costs are charged at cost. International orders are sent via your nominated shipping method. Most commonly now we use Express Postage delivery parcels for next day delivery (please not not all items fit). We often send via registered Economy AirMail which takes around 10 days to reach most places. 

Refund Policy :

At Pythons Hobbies & Collectibles, we would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase from us. We mainly ship via registered and insured post (orders $100 and over - unoptional) which covers you from any damage in transit.

Should you be unhappy with the purchase for any other reason, you can return the goods to us for a full refund minus initial postage. This strictly does not include the purchase of any radio control vehicle or any product used or damaged by the customer.
